RANCHI . St. Michael’s School celebrated Durga Puja with great fervor and devotion, bringing alive the spirit of festivity and cultural heritage. The programme began with the recitation of sacred shlokas, invoking the blessings of Goddess Durga. Students presented a soulful devotional song followed by a graceful dance performance showcasing the vibrancy of the festival.
A special highlight of the celebration was the portrayal of the Nav Durga avatars, where students beautifully depicted the nine divine forms of the Goddess, symbolizing power, wisdom, and compassion. The programme not only celebrated the festival but also conveyed the message of victory of good over evil.
The Principal, Dr. Subhash Kumar appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers for organizing such a meaningful celebration that blended spirituality with culture.
